Leadership and Governance programme for priests and religious

A group of 44 priests and religious participated in a 5-day (July 18-22) 'Leadership and Governance Skills' programme at Ashrivad, organised by HRDC. Leadership and Governance in religious life, financial administration, labour laws and other legal aspects related to the institutions run by religious, were the main themes of the programme.

The experts such as Mr Vittal Rao, Mr Vincent Concesso, and Fr Freddie D’Silva SJ did a great job in giving fruitful sessions. The participants came from different states of India and had a wonderful learning experience. All of them found the sessions highly informative and useful for their life and mission.
