AICUF Karnataka ‘Be the Light’ programme held

AICUF Karnataka's Be the Light transformational leadership programme aimed to cultivate leadership qualities among participants, fostering positive change was held at St Joseph's University, Bangalore on May 1.

The first session led by Prashanth Kumar focused on the topic ‘Journey – yesterday, today and tomorrow’, revolving around the journey of AICUF. The session concluded by emphasising the need for AICUFers to be the guiding light in society, leading it towards a better world.

The second session conducted by Veena Nirmala, covered various leadership skills to enhance communication, influence, and personal development.

After the session there was an icebreaker activity, an action song, followed by the lunch break.

Post-lunch sessions involved training participants for the centenary celebrations, including icebreakers, action songs and interreligious prayers. The Karnataka unit also contributed to composing and singing the AICUF anthem/centenary theme song.
